If a practice described here no longer matches how well-run shelves actually work, or a field in
one of the tables is wrong, say so and point us at the source. That is the most useful message we
can receive.
What we cannot do. This is an editorial resource, not a shelf: we cannot onboard a
maker, review a label, match a report, trace a lot or tell you whether a particular unit was stored
correctly. A question about a specific item belongs with the shelf or the maker that supplied it.
Nothing is sold on this page, so there are no orders, accounts or deliveries for us to look up.
